1. Digital Service Nature

Iron TV Pro provides a digital streaming service. Upon purchase and activation of your subscription, access to the service is granted immediately. Due to the instant-access nature of digital content and IPTV services, our refund policy is outlined below.

2. Free Trial Policy

We strongly recommend requesting a free trial before purchasing any subscription. Our free trial allows you to test channel quality, app compatibility and streaming stability on your specific device with no obligation. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to request your trial.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service not activated: If your subscription was not activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Persistent technical issues: If our service is consistently unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused period.
  • Duplicate payment: Accidental duplicate charges will be fully refunded upon verification.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after subscription activation
  • Issues caused by the customer's internet connection, device, or third-party IPTV apps
  • Partial use of the subscription period
  • Violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., sharing credentials beyond the allowed connections)
  • Incompatibility with devices not listed in our compatibility guide

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase via WhatsApp or email (support@ironmaxtv.shop). Please include your order reference number and a description of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks for activated services will result in immediate account termination and may be disputed with supporting evidence provided to the payment processor.
